About the trip
Munnar is Kerala's tea country, a hill station of rolling estates, misty peaks and waterfalls in the Western Ghats. Families and couples from Trichy usually spend two or three nights, visiting Eravikulam National Park, the tea museum and the dams. The route crosses Tamil Nadu via Dindigul and Theni, then climbs the Bodi Mettu ghat into Kerala.
