About the trip
Vagamon is a quiet hill station on the Kottayam–Idukki border, known for open grassy meadows, a pine forest, tea estates and misty viewpoints. People come for easy walks, picnics, paragliding and the cool breeze, without the crowds of bigger hill towns. The road from Cochin goes via Muvattupuzha and Thodupuzha, then climbs a narrow hill road through Moolamattam or Erattupetta.
