About the trip
Nainital is a hill station in Uttarakhand built around the pear-shaped Naini Lake and ringed by forested ridges. Families go for the cool air, boating, the Mall Road and easy viewpoints over the Kumaon Himalaya. From Agra the road runs across the Uttar Pradesh plains via Aligarh, Moradabad and Rampur before climbing the last stretch from Kathgodam into the hills.
